1:1 coaching

A space to slow down and really listen to what is going on for you.

In our sessions, we follow what is present. This might be a life transition, becoming a mother, wanting to become one, navigating menopause, or a shift in work or identity. Or it might be a feeling you can't fully name yet, but know you don't want to carry alone.

I don't give you answers or try to fix you. Instead, I support you through questions, reflection, and presence, so you can reconnect with your own clarity and inner knowing.

Our work is both grounded and intuitive. We can include the body, your cycle, and what you are experiencing on a deeper level, not just what can be explained with words.

People often leave sessions feeling more connected to themselves, clearer, and more anchored in what is true for them.

Coaching as part of my CTI certification

I am currently completing my coaching certification with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and am looking for women who would like to work with me during this part of my journey.

You will receive the same personalized coaching experience as any other client while benefiting from a reduced package rate. At the same time, you'll be supporting me as I complete my certification.

Yoga

A space to come back into your body.

These classes are not about performance. They are an invitation to slow down, to feel, and to move in a way that supports where you are right now, while also gently exploring your edges.

I offer pre- and postnatal yoga, restorative classes, as well as vinyasa-inspired sessions. Whether you are pregnant, in the postpartum phase, or simply in need of rest or more movement, the practice adapts to your body and your current situation.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced, just open to noticing what is happening in your body.

Through movement, breath, and stillness, you are supported in reconnecting with your body, releasing tension, and finding a sense of ease.

Classes are available in person and online.

Circles

There is something powerful about women coming together.

Perhaps it is the realization that we are not alone in what we are carrying. Perhaps it is seeing parts of ourselves reflected in someone else’s story. Or perhaps it is simply the unique energy that emerges when women gather in a space where they can be fully themselves.

My circles and workshops offer space for honest conversation, listening, and connection. Depending on the theme, the focus may be on sharing and reflection, but there can also be movement, meditation, journaling, or other embodied practices.

I am particularly drawn to the experiences and transitions that shape us, yet often receive too little space in everyday life. Topics such as motherhood, cycles, identity, change, loss, or the question of who we are when we allow the expectations of the outside world to become a little quieter.

What often emerges is a sense of connection. To others, and sometimes to parts of ourselves that we had lost touch with.

Workshops

Spaces to explore topics more deeply, through both knowledge and embodied experience.

My workshops focus on themes such as cyclical awareness, motherhood, life transitions, and reconnecting with the body. Depending on the topic, they may include conversation, reflection, movement, breathwork, or practical tools for everyday life.

The intention is not only to understand something intellectually, but to experience it in a way that feels personal and grounded.

Workshops take place in person and online.
