You already hold the answers
I help you reconnect with them.
The path that brought me here

The path that brought me here wasn't a straight one.
My first career was in acting. For years, I lived and breathed that world, until there came a point where I could no longer fully recognize myself in it. At the same time, something else had already been quietly growing: my relationship with yoga.
What started as a personal practice over 16 years ago became something much deeper. Yoga brought me back into my body, into a different kind of listening. Not performance, but presence. Not striving, but awareness.
Seven years ago, I began teaching and facilitating workshops around the menstrual cycle and cyclical awareness. I remember feeling genuinely surprised that I had reached my late twenties without truly understanding this fundamental part of being in a female body. Learning to work with my natural cycles instead of against them changed the way I move through life, and it became a core part of how I support others.
Over time, I also noticed something else: women move through so many different phases and transitions, including menarche, motherhood, career shifts, perimenopause, menopause, and yet so often they are met with one-size-fits-all approaches. That never felt right to me.
My work is about creating space for the nuance.

The space I hold today
Today, the way I work is shaped by all of these experiences.
I work as a yoga teacher, specializing in pre- and postnatal and restorative yoga, and as a coach for women in times of transition, whether that's becoming a mother, wanting to become one, navigating menopause, or moving through changes in work or identity.
I don't separate life and career coaching, because they are not separate in real life. And I don't position myself as the expert on your life, you are. I'm here to ask the questions, to hold space, and to support you in reconnecting with your own answers.
Because I believe that you are not something to be fixed.
You are already whole, resourceful, and creative.
As a mother of two, I've personally experienced matrescence, the profound shift that comes with becoming a parent. It's one of many transitions that deeply shape us, and yet often aren't spoken about enough. This is also why I host a regular mothers' circle in Haarlem, creating a space where women can come together, share honestly, and feel less alone.
You might notice that I'm drawn to topics that are often pushed aside in the Western world, menstruation, menopause, even death. These are not side topics, they are essential parts of being human. And yet, many of us have learned to disconnect from them or move through them in silence. I choose to bring them back into the light, because when we stop denying these parts of our nature, something begins to shift. There is more understanding, more acceptance, and a deeper connection to ourselves and to life.
In my work, whether in a 1:1 session, a workshop, or a circle, I create spaces where you can slow down, be seen, and reconnect. Spaces where you can come back into your body, into your truth, into your own rhythm.
This work is rooted in my core values: nature, freedom, and authenticity.
And at its heart, it's about this:
Coming home to yourself.
“You don't need fixing. You need space to reconnect with what you already know.”
What I bring
Lived experience
I don't guide you from theory alone. I've moved through many of these transitions myself, from matrescence to changing paths, and I know how complex and personal they can be.
A space where everything can be spoken
Menstruation, menopause, death, doubt. These are essential parts of life, yet often left unspoken. I create a space where you don't have to filter yourself or hold parts of your experience back.
Guidance without fixing
I don't give you answers or try to fix you. I support you through questions and reflection, so you can reconnect with your own clarity and inner knowing.
A return to your natural rhythm
Through yoga, cyclical awareness, and slowing down, I help you come back into your body and your own pace, instead of constantly pushing against yourself.
