Questions you might have
If your question isn't answered here, feel free to get in touch.
Therapy often focuses more on healing past wounds, working with mental health challenges, or understanding deeper psychological patterns. Coaching is usually more present- and future-oriented.
That said, I don't see people in separate categories. In our sessions, there is space for emotions, uncertainty, reflection, and the complexity of being human.
I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I support you in reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your own inner clarity during times of transition or change.
In mentoring or consulting, someone usually shares advice, expertise, or tells you what they would do in your situation.
My approach to coaching is different. I don't believe that there is one right path or that I know better what your life should look like. Instead of giving answers, I support you through questions, reflection, and embodied awareness, so you can reconnect with your own clarity and inner knowing.
Sometimes I may share perspectives or tools, but the focus is always on helping you find what feels true and aligned for you.
No. Some people come with a very clear topic or transition they want support with, while others simply feel that something needs attention or change, even if they can't fully name it yet.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
A discovery session is a chance for us to meet, get a sense of each other, and explore what support might feel right for you.
There is no pressure to commit to anything. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you come with a clear topic or simply curiosity.
We will talk about what is currently present in your life, what you are looking for, and whether working together feels aligned for both of us.
No experience is needed.
My classes are not about performance or achieving a certain shape with the body. They are an invitation to notice what is happening in your body and to practice from there.
Everything is offered with space for different bodies, experiences, and phases of life.
Yes. I specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and each class is designed to support the different needs that can arise during pregnancy and after birth.
After giving birth, it is important to give your body enough time to recover. When you are ready to return to yoga depends on your birth experience and your individual healing process. In general, a gentle return is often possible around six to ten weeks postpartum, provided you have been cleared by your midwife or healthcare provider.
If you're unsure whether the timing is right for you, feel free to get in touch. Together, we can explore what kind of practice feels most supportive for you right now.
Absolutely. For many people, the combination can be especially supportive.
Sometimes words and reflection open something up. Sometimes the body does. Combining coaching and yoga can create a more holistic way of working, where both the mind and body are included.
We can explore together what feels most supportive for you.
A 1:1 coaching session lasts 75 minutes.
This gives us enough time to arrive, explore your topic in depth, and bring the session to a thoughtful close. Depending on your needs, we may also include the body in the process - always in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for what you are working with.
It really depends.
Some people come for a few sessions around a specific topic or life transition. Others choose to work together over several months.
You can book individual sessions or a coaching package. Together, we'll explore what makes the most sense for your situation. If, along the way, it becomes clear that you would benefit from more time - or feel ready to finish sooner - we can adjust the process accordingly.
Life happens, and sometimes plans change.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me the opportunity to offer the time to someone else.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.
Thank you for your understanding.
